Glycolic Peel

Glycolic Peel is one of the most popular chemical peels. Glycolic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid and breaks and removes protein bridges between horny cells. This means that the Glycolic Peel strongly exfoliates the skin and thins the stratum corneum.

Glycolic acid has the property that it has a high transdermal penetration capacity. This means that glycolic acid has a strong keratolytic effect and thus stimulates cell renewal. The Glycolic Peel stimulates the natural production of collagen and elastin, evens the skin tone and reduces the intensity of hyperpigmentation of the skin.
