Phenol TCA Eraser is a combination peeling that consists of 8% phenol and 15% TCA. This peel is the lightest in the 'deep peels' category to treat progressive skin aging, acne and pigmentation issues.
The Phenol TCA Eraser stimulates cell renewal, collagen and elastin production and removes dead skin cells and imperfections. This makes the skin more even, pigment spots are reduced, pores become less visible and the skin will renew and strengthen.
TCA (TriChloroAcetic Acid): Trichloroacetic acid is an organic acid that has a strong effect on the superficial dermis. TCA strips the natural cell proteins of their water sheath. This causes the cell to dry out and be shed, resulting in the skin being forced to make new cells. Ultimately, a new fresh skin is created.
Phenol: Phenol breaks and removes protein bridges between cellular structures enhancing exfoliation. It causes protein denaturation, enzyme inactivity and an increase in cell membrane permeability. It stimulates collagen and elastin synthesis and improves skin regeneration. Phenol also has an anti-inflammatory effect.

Effects and recommendations after the Radiance Peel
After a peeling, the pigment spots and the skin become darker and less elastic. Cleaning and moisturizing the skin will help relieve discomfort. The use of Energizing Cleanser and Total Recovery Cream at a frequency of 3 times a day is recommended. Avoid sun exposure and apply TKN Sun Protection SPF 50+ every 2 hours.
